1. Inception — This is the information gathering phase, a critical step in defining the project. It assures that we understand correctly the goals of the project, the critical aspects, basic time lines and all priorities.
   
   
2. Elaboration — In this phase we analyze our information and design the project. Working with you, our business analysts define system interactions.
