Use MFX VitalImages to:

• Receive mail at an MFX site, open, scan and electronically send it to your location.
• Provide facilities management to scan arriving documents into a database, produce a workflow product and carry through to eventual electronic archiving.
• Transfer paper documents to an electronic format through transactional scanning.
• Create specific software and document management solutions.
• Develop the full spectrum of document management including indexing and scanning to a selected data center, CDs, and enterprise software and document capture through a workflow product
• Deliver full storage experience, including alternative sources of storage, in the areas of electronic vaulting, disaster recovery, data tape storage, and hard copy. Storage is humidity and temperature controlled and in the case of data tape storage, the tapes are kept in secure vaults. Transfer of the material to be stored is included in these storage services.
• Devise archival storage solutions to meet data center tape storage needs as well as valuable corporate document storage, including destruction and shredding as required.
• Provide microfilm conversion to image
• Produce high volume bulk printing projects from a centralized, software-driven print center based on your requirements, including finishing and mailing.
• Secure centralized check printing and mailing.
• Plan and coordinate from inception to completion, including staffing, ad hoc projects related to document review, storage, archive or destruction. For example, we can fully manage file review projects including shipping files to a centralized location, coordinating criteria-based reviews with knowledgeable personnel, and organizing the files either for archive or destruction.
• Support related needs that are identified through the planning and assessment periods of our engagement. For example, document scanning projects may highlight the need for a networked solution where we can install cabling that will bring the project through to a full circle.
